All of our hair care and nutritional supplements are formulated and manufactured in the USA. Our Copperhed “S” Styler is made in China, like most appliances.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS NATURAL?
We use natural, naturally derived, and synthetic (safe) ingredients, too. Non natural products are used to extend shelf life and to keep the product stable.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS GLUTEN FREE?
Yes, our products are gluten free but they are not made in a certified gluten free facility.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?
Yes, all products are vegan.
WHAT TYPE OF FRAGRANCE DO YOU USE?
We use natural fragrance derived of essential oils. Our Daily Shampoo, Daily Conditioner and Leave -on Treatment have a fresh, clean citrus fragrance of lemon, bergamot and orange peel. Our Exfoliating Shampoo for Scalp & Body is invigorating and soothing with Tea Tree oil and Peppermint.

WILL THIS AFFECT MY COLOR TREATED HAIR?
No, Copperhed is color-safe. This product does not affect chemically treated hair color. Nor does it instantly change the hair color.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE AN ORDER?
Orders ship within 48 working hours from Florida. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Transit can be up to 6 business days, so allow 4-8 business days. We operate Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DO YOU USE?
We use FedEx, USPS and UPS. Shipping is FREE on orders over $70. Orders under $70 have a flat rate of $9.95.

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Take a picture of the damage and email firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions on getting a replacement.

Shortly after ordering, you should receive an email confirmation. Please check your SPAM folder. If you still did not receive, please email email@example.com.
HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your product. We will gladly issue a refund for the original purchase price (minus shipping and handling) within 15 DAYS of your purchase date. 75% of the product must remain in the bottle. We cannot issue refunds on overly used products. Supplements cannot be returned if opened. No shipping costs will be refunded.
To return a product: Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, address, phone number, date of purchase and item you are returning for further instructions. The return will be processed within 2-3 weeks of receipt and issued back to the original form of payment. We are not responsible for lost shipments being returned. We can only refund items purchased online. If you purchased from a retailer, you will need to return with them direct.
